Thermal Imaging

Infrared (thermal imaging) is an advanced, non-invasive technology that allows the inspector to show homeowners things about their homes that can’t be revealed using conventional inspection methods. Examples include any active leaks that might be present around windows, wall, ceilings, ect. It will also show if there is insufficient insulation in the attics. This service is included in all of our home inspections.

Sewer Scope

A sewer line is often one of the most costly things to repair in a home. Getting a sewer scope inspection can help you avoid investing in a home that has serious issues with the sewer/septic system. A sewer scope is a video inspection of the sewer line leading from the house at/near the foundation and connecting to the city or HOA tap or septic tank. Sewer-scoping the line can reveal blockages, damage to the pipe system, and other problems, which are vital for homeowners and home buyers to be aware of.

Pool Inspections

If you are purchasing a home with a swimming pool, the safety and condition of the pool is just as important as the rest of the house. A pool is a great feature in a home, and often adds to the value of a home. But a pool that is not in good condition can be a money pit. It’s important to get the pool inspected before you purchase the home.

Termite Inspections

Termites can cause serious, lasting damage to your home. The best preventative measure is a termite inspection. We will inspect your interior and exterior, searching for tell-tale signs of termite activity and infestations, like mud tubes and shed wings. We will search high and low for evidence of both subterranean and dry wood termites. The time this takes will depend on your property size and how accessible your woodwork is. We reccomend having a termite inspection no matter the age of the home or building material.

Seawall Inspections

We will survey the seawall or near-water structure’s elevation, grading, soil properties, depth, materials, exposure to hydraulic pressure and levels, stability and condition. Often an underwater inspection by a professional diver will uncover hidden problems.  We evaluate the condition of the seawall and provide an in-depth analysis of the overall viability and estimated life-span of the structure and will recommend required repairs. Inspections are followed with a detailed report, photographed and videotaped, so you can literally see what we see.

Our Reviews

I don't know where to began. As a first time home buyer and trying to understand the inspection process and what to expect in terms of scope of work and level of service ,I was truly blown away. Dan and Morgan came out to conduct the inspection for a house I was looking to.buy. They were so professional and friendly and just a pleasure to work with. They have no problem answering questions and taking the time to explain things. Even after the inspection keeping in touch with them for any miscellaneous questions they reply immediately. They are punctual and reliable especially in a time crunch and nerve reckoning process when buying a home and being under contract. All the other reviews and consists in five stars for this company makes 100% sense and speaks for itself The level of detail gf the report they delivered the next day was so detailed and informative and easy to read.

If you are looking for a bunch of companies online to do a home inspection , look no further please trust Keeping it Green It's worth every penny.

Thank you Dan & Morgan you guys are great !
